Im looking for a powerful stak for massive strength gains and yes my diet is in check and i have followed it for almost a year now

Looks good, I would drop the flax oil and get some fish oil instead. Other then that it looks good.

Yeah I think thats what I might do just take both any one else like my stack

why not use both? It's what I do.
The main thing to aim for is 1 gram of DHA and EPA a day, flax can be converted to EPA but fish oil contains both so just take more fish oil. Both are fine though

Stack looks real good, you may even look into throwing ATD into the mix. Something very cheap that would provide better results. Also, just remember that we all can learn from each other here so it may be a good idea to post your stats and diet. I gurantee that you would have better comments that can really help you with your run.

1 tuna (entire can, mix w/ fat free mayo and salt) on 2 slices of 100% whole wheat bread (eat any left over tuna that won't fit on the sandwich plain), 1 serving skim milk

1 scoop of whey protein (optinum nutrition) in water, 1 serving oatmeal w/ boiling water (splenda for flavor)

dinner (eat whatever for dinner, I make sure I meet the following requirements,
3-4 flax seed oil tablets

less than 25g per serving

Meal 6 (BEFORE BED):
2 scoops of whey protein in water, 1 zma, 1 multimineral
