    creatine and protein question


    Does everyone still take normal doses of creatine on off days or do you not take as much or none at all??

    and on off days dealing with protein.. do you stilll intake 1 - 1.5 g or don't worry about how much you get?

    Off days are just as important because your body is repairing the muscle and needs the protein to build muscle.

    I agree with Brent, keep the creatine and protein the same on off days.
