Where do you all get your ALA from? I am late to the stack, but I will be trying the ALCAR/ALA stack for my cutting. Just want to know where I can get the best price. Thanx

You should look into the different ALA forms. Plain ALA isn't very effective.

Oh man, I had just ordered ALA and ALCAR from Custom Nutr. Warehouse. So will this be a waste of money? How much would I have to take to make the ALA effective? Next time, I'll due a bit more research before I jump into the bandwagon. Thanx
