i just purchased size on for myself and i am looking forward to giving it a try after hearing all the positive reviews on it. i have a 17 year old brother that is lifting and i am wondering is it ok for him to take? the label says 18 and up but it is just a creatine supplement not a ph or anything so i really dont know why they put that except for possible legal issues i guess. so if anyone knows any other reasons why he shouldnt take it or if it is ok for him please let me know. thanks
