Just curious if anyone has done this stack or something very similar. Just doing this for pre,post, & during my workout (sipping). What do you all suggest the dosages be for the following:

CEE/CM/AAKG/LYSINE

note: Remember i will be taking 3 dosages of these....pre, post, and during. Or if anyone else suggests different times to use these, I would look at that also.
