Stats: 5'8", 170 lbs, ~10% bf
Long-term goal: Decrease bf w/out losing muscle.
I'm currently following this intake schedule:
upon rising: whey
breakfast: multi-vit, fish oil, Clout
pre-workout/during workout: Xtend
post-workout: whey
lunch: fish oil
dinner: fish oil, Clout
I'm writing because I just received the following bulk powders in the mail today, and I'm looking for any advice on incorporating them into my daily routine:
ALCAR (75 gms)
HMB (150 gms)
For example, what should I mix them in, how much should I take, should I take them separately, etc.
Also, if you feel that my current routine needs adjustments, please chime in too.

P.S. FYI, I'm intentionally avoiding certain fat-burning supps (eg, Thermal Rage) b/c they disrupt my sleep.
