help a newbie get started

  1. help a newbie get started

I'm 5'10'' 172lbs fairly lean no abs visible, 23 y/o always been very active in sports all my life but never really hit the gym. For the last three years I've been a lazyass and it's starting to show, I've decided that it's now time to stopmessing around and get into the gym. I have always been a very clean eater and am pretty knowledge able in that area but I am looking for some advice on where to begin with supplements, so far I've decided on...

    ADAM multi
    fish oil (costco)-6/day?
vitargo or super carb for pre/post w/o
    cee+maybe glycerol mono and taurine
    whey protein isolate

    how's this look any suggestions?

    What are your goals?

  3. The thing about Cee and the sort is, there are some that are non-responders. I am one of those. When I take any form of creatine, I get nothing. As far as Protien goes, yeah it is good for just about anyone. Try stuff out go from there. There is really no right or wrong answer here except that you dont need to be messing with SD or anything along those lines.

Looks like you have the basics down bro. How many meals to do you plan on eating a day and what are the macros?

Like the bro above said, what are your goals?
E-Pharm Rep... PM me with any questions or concerns

  5. Just stick with protein powder, flax oil and a good multi. If you plan to grow, start out with 500cals above maintenance. Increase as necessary. This should take you pretty far. In the meantime, keep reading up about what is available, but save it for later.
