I've always been told to take my anti-Es before bed and with a fatty meal. While I understand the fatty meal helping absorption, how does the before bed part come into play? Would an hour or two before bed be just as good?
Optimal time is with your last meal of the day, because E rises throughout the day and most hormone regulation takes place while you are asleep.
Test is highest in the morning, lowest at night...Estrogen is highest at night.
I'm sure an hour before bed wouldn't cahnge anything.
