help me understand something about glucophase XR

i plan to use this product to help me cut fat and i'm having some difficulties understand how to use it optimally for my goal.

in the write up DS writes:

take 1 serving before bed
then 1 serving upon waking immediatly before aerboics

these two i understand

but what i don't understand is that DS also reccomends to take 1 before working out.

wouldn't that make your workout lethargic as hell?

and two, DS says to take one before high carb meals.

wouldn't this cause insulin receptors in both muscle AND fat to become more sensative to insulin thus making thus making muslce anabolism and fat cell anabolism equal? defeating the purpose of taking it in the first place?

I think the reason to take it preW is to get your body into ketosis while working out. The idea before a larger carb meal is to stabilize blood sugar so there is not the massive flux therefore lessening any fat gain potential.
