anti-injury stack

i'm trying to get together an anti-injury stack to prevent injuries both in the weight room and on the rugby pitch. I was thinking of glucosamine,msm and cissus? What do you guys think, is this good, what brand do you like and is there anything i should add?

To not be smart...

I think those supps you listed should be just fine. Can't personally verify cissus.. but I think the logs justify themselves.
