    Anybody read this yet. It is a BCAA product that they claim has a superior absorption due to the AAKG. Possible? Maybe, I have no clue but they compare 2g of their BCAA to taking 5g of glutamine. Why would they compare it to glutamine instead of another BCAA product?

  2. I don't see the need to add a carrier for BCAA's, they have pretty good absorbtion on their own..
