I've been taking NO for a little over 4 weeks. It says to take for 12 and then stop for 4 weeks before cycling again. However, by the end of week four I was on three scoops, and just wasn't feeling much of anything anymore. The one thing that didn't stop was the DIareah. I stop for two weeks to see if I had just grown immune to it. Tried again today for the first time after two whole weeks. Two scoops, felt good but not the pump I felt the first week. Gonna do two scoops tmrw, see what happens. Also, says to take on empty stomach. First two weeks did just that and had no need for food while working out. By three began feeling crazy hungry in middle of workout. So now I eat atleast an hour before working out and drink the NO 20 TO 30 MINUTES BEFORE. Hopefully this works out.:type:
I just take cell-mass before I lift, and NOxplode before I do an hour of hardcore cardio. I do know what the xplode dumps are like. I eat tons of fiber though, so it's pretty 'regular', more of the no clean up variety, down and done.
But NOxplode is some good stuff. I've been taking it for 3 weeks now, it's starting to lose some of it's umph, probably due to getting used to the caffeine load. I normally drink some coffee every morning before I do anything on non-workout days, so I'm pretty caffeine insensitve relatively speaking.
3 scoops is just right for me (but I'm 6'4" 245 lbs too, so there's alot of distributed mass to spread it around :>)
It does let me do longer, harder, more intense cardio. I never would have dreamed of being able to hit up an elliptical machine full force for 1.5 hours, but this weekend I got a bit carried away with the music, and wasn't paying attention. Even sucking down water, I lost a good 3.5 lbs of weight. Most of that was water, but the machine said I burned 1250 calories, with an average HR of 155.
So, take that for what you will, the stuff friegen works for me!
