How much? I would speculate that the effective dose is equal to the BCAA dosage, but I would like to hear some feedback.
Also I strongly believe aminos dosage is weight-dependant like proteins.
Lets start from effective BCAA megadosing: from Derek log I could extrapolate that his dosing was around 0.5g / Kg bodyweight. Is this a good start?
