Rest day phosphotidic acid supplementation

I’ve been taking PA on workout days preworkout but I recently came across someone talking about taking PA on rest days to boost gains.
How should I dose PA on rest days and is there anything that synergises with it?

I would take it every day as there are quite a few supps that use it as a natural anabolic and not as a pre workout.

I believe the study on it was 3000mg a day for 8 weeks.

This is what I have heard. When I used to use it was a daily thing. I mixed into the morning coffee. Added a nutty taste.

Yes, i find it delicious. But dont mix it with too hot coffe.
