Hello,
Have someone used Alli (orlistat) for higher fat content cheat meals? Hungarian food is higher in fat, not too carb dense. I dont want to use it often maybe once every two month (birthday, wedding, etc) , to minimize damage.
Any suggestion for dose/timing?
Thank you very much!!!

I thought this stuff worked by blocking absorption in the intestines, essentially just making you blow all this bad stuff out tour ass? They recommend low fat eating with it iirc. Seems like, if im remember how this stuff works, using it like tou have in mind would result in some really ugly trips to the bathroom.

I could totally be wrong, but this is how i remember it.

whats a fukin cheat meal if you take a blocker...?? stupid Imo, in the long run, its not gonna affect you. enjoy your cheat meal cause thats what it is....
seems like you have an ED if youre gonna take some blocker to reduce negatives on a supposed "cheat meal"

I don't get the point of using if only for a cheat meal. That being said look to take 45 minutes prior. IMO.

anything with "anal leakage" on the box is a no go for me.
