I'm currently mid bulk, and still around 12% bodyfat. My weight is at 202, and I have been at this weight in the past and know I need to eat more to increase my weight and grow some muscle. However I've been checking my fasted Blood Glucose levels and they've been mid 90's, and this is even with 1000mg berberine with every meal except for my first and last meal of the day which I'll dose with 2 caps of predator instead.my last meal of the day is no carb high fat and protien. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions as to other supplements that may lower my BG and allow me to continue to bulk. I currently give or takein around 500 carbs a day, with 300 protein and near 100 grams a fat a day coming to around 4300 calories and I need to up this to continue to grow. I do 2 weight training sessions a day with mostly accessory work like arms and shoulders in the AM and a push, pull ,legs at PM. Open for any and all suggestions to help me get this BG under control
