Ghost (best on the market)
PES really good and insider deals are unbeatable. Really like all flavors other than strawberry (C&P strawbloody is a great option if that’s the flavor u want)
Merica labz patriot’s whey. fortuitous keepsakes is awesome. Great taste!

Looking forward to Olympus labs

I try a lot of different protein products and there are a few that are really good but I find myself always coming back to the above list

I don't like their flavoring very much.
The flavor isn't at the level of PES. But for the price you can't beat it. Salted Caramel is my go-to from myprotein

On Platinum Hydro Whey. Very fine powder. Easy on the stomach. You can tell by the texture its quality

PES hands down. I prefer blends. They are better for recovery. Will that make a significant difference, no, but When PES runs an Insider on Select, the price is on par with any other product pretty much. Stock up.

XF 2.0 and PES select are my top two. USP labs modern protein tastes good too. I like the taste of some of the BSN syntha 6 flavors but the macros aren't that great. I always buy blends so I am not too familiar with just whey.

Yeah I guess it's not easy to make good fruity proteins but I remember some old ones which were excellent. But this was ages ago. Like Prolab wild berries or peach. they were delicious. Santrax is still making some I think but they are very expensive. same for Nature's best With their Isopure. But I'm not in ion exchange protein isolate anymore.

I was going to jump on MANs current sale, but I cannot justify what they are charging for shipping. BOGO protein, but Jack up shipping. It makes no sense.

They've been changing their shipping around a lot lately it seems. I seen they just switched to a "flat rate 2 day shipping" though.

Myprotein Impact Whey

Millennium Sports 100% New Zealand grass fed whey protein

AI Sports Nutrition 100% whey

For cooking I like a pea and rice protein blend. You can mix this with whey as well

I really enjoy USPLabs protein, and had a tub of GHOST Chocolate which was great.
Right now I'm sticking to steak and eggs. Those are my real favorites.

Scitec are a reputable company. No spiking as far as I can tell.
I can get 2kgs of their Whey 100% Professional here in Dublin for 30 quid and it's grand for hitting your macros, but
I tend to enjoy a blend like Select or Phase 8 more, personally.

Ghost Protein is good stuff. Of course real food is better but in short notice that’s not always an option. Especially if you’re having a hard time gaining weight like I am

My current go to is bulk powders. Usually cheaper than myprotein. Favourite flavour at the moment has to be the speculous.

I very rarely have just powder in water and I find with a lot of the more premium brands the flavour can be lost when added to almond milk with a banana, peanut butter, oatmeal etc. So just not worth the extra cost.

Thank you all for the PEScience Select love. :)

For those of you unaware, we have started implementing batch testing results on our website so you can see the protein content, microbial and heavy metal results. This is so you can rest assured that each tub matches the label and doesn't contain anything you don't want it to.
