Hi guys!
The usage info says 3times 2 caps before food. I see that the berberine is low (ill add more) but what about the others? The data is for one cap.

What's the name of the product? Before adding in berberine I would use it as directed on the label and see how it treats you.

i'd just use berberine in the 500mg to 1.5 gram amount. it's proven to be at least close to metformin, if not equal/better in some ways. i don't compete, but i can't recall hearing competotors saying "i take metformin and.....) i could be wrong though. i mean, how much more "gda" is going to happen by taking a "kitchen sink" vs properly dosed berberine? get a glucose meter and take a 90-120 minute post prandial reading after trying each (everyone doesn't respond identically) at most you just waste one bottle of kitchen sink money - and you'll know for sure.

I react well to berb about 1.5g/ day. But the other ingredients I dont know the usual doasge. (Shilajit, jambolana)
