ala vs r-ala

What do you guys think?

What dosages would you run it at while cutting....is there a real difference between the two??


here is what i was going to do

with breakfest
with pre workout meal
post workout
dinner

that would be 2g's of regular ala, sound good???

how would i run r-ala?

most people divide the r-ala dosage by 3 or 4... I dont know where this logic came from exactly though..

ALA's half life is extremely short.
