Hello, I have never ran these products but I’m looking to cut down about 8-10 pounds and gain some Strength. I am in a caloric deficit at the moment. Can you run these products while in a deficit or do you see better results in a caloric surplus?
I’m looking to get information about calorie levels while taking these products. No where in the other thread did I mention this. I don’t understand why you’re putting your two cents in. Everyone comes to the forums to give and get information. Quit being a jack ass and either help someone or keep your mouth shut.
OP, do your own research and then come back with questions. You're playing with your hormones, you should have an idea of what you need on cycle and post.
