So my hayfever’s been really bad this year. I’m aware that with people who have hay fever , pollen causes inflammation and non-localised inflammation is bad for building muscle. I believe that anti-histamines stem the creation of histamines, which are what cause running noses etc.
What do anti-histamines mean for muscle growth and maintaining muscle mass? Am I better off taking or not taking anti-histamines?

Since returning to England three weeks ago my progress has been patchy and on a few lifts I’m lifting less than I was before I came back. In the country I was in my hayfever wasn’t affecting me

But ArA, probably one of the top natty anabolics works through inflammation.

I know but ARA is primarily localised inflammation whereas hayfever causes doesn’t really cause inflammation in most of your muscle mass.
The localised nature of ARA is exemplified by its synergy with phosphotidic acid
