Was just reading an article talking about CoQ10 and Nicotinamide Riboside.
I've taken CoQ10 for a couple of years, I don't really notice much of a difference in energy. Nicotinamide Riboside is said to have a larger effect on energy according to the article. Anyone have any positive or negative experience with it?
