Hi everyone,
I’m on my third week of my cycle of
330 sup3r-1
330 sup3r-4
500 sup3r-epi
Today I noticed a small lump behind my nipple I’d say probably about the size of a BB. It’s not tender but usually is one of the first symptoms of gyno. If that’s the case I must be super sensitive to estrogen.. but anyway, should I cut back on the sup3r-4 to 220 or 110, cut it out completely, or add in an ai? Thanks!
