Reduce XT: 1 upon waking, 1 four hours later, 1 prior to bed

Growth Factor XT: full dose pre-bed

X Gels: 1-1.5g pre workout

The above sounds about right. That is a nice little SNS stack you have going there. You should get good results from it.

I would recommend taking a carnitine product like Alcar with the xgels
IIRC, don’t some people dose Growth Factor XT with X-Gels because of the LCLT?

I’d prefer the pre-bed dose, though.

You could dose ALCAR with the X-Gels in the AM then GFXT at night

The one time I would not dose RXT would be pre-workout (it sounds like you workout first thing in the morning). If you do, dose it post workout, lunch, and pre-bed.

Xgels+1/2 dose (or full if easier) of GFXT pre workout, second 1/2 dose of GFXT pre-bed (if nec)

Why not RXT first thing in the AM pre-workout?

you want the cortisol spike during your workout
The cortisol spike is typically indicative of the stress promoted by the workout and the intensity. I haven’t heard of this shift in thinking that Reduce XT shouldn’t be taken fasted pre-workout

the cortisol response by your body is necessary to facilitate the muscle breakdown and rebuild process. If you reduce that response, you will not do as much damage and therefore not rebuild/repair as much or as quickly. It's all a minor factor, but if you truly want to optimize, best not pre workout.
