Suggestions for first PH cycle

How's it going guys.. I am a 21 year old male who has lifted for four years. I am currently look to step things up and possibly start a pro hormone cycle. Not looking for anything to crazy as I want to test the waters and essential just make some extra decent gains. For PCT I plan on taking clomid with whatever suggested dosage is recommended based on the PH I try. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks guys! Ill put my stats down below.

Stats:
Height: 5'11"
Weight: 185lbs
BF%: 12
Bench Press 1RM: 250lbs
Squat 1RM: 315lbs
Deadlift: 435lbs

Suggestion would be don’t do them. Prohormones suck, **** up your body 5x more than gear, and you never keep the gains because they come on so fast. Advice, If you’re willing to dip your toes into something that’s going to possibly mess with your natural test or anything anabolic than you might as well try a low dose Test cycle. Safer, healthier, cost the same, and won’t blow your liver out

Also a clomid only pct is the most terrible decision I’ve ever heard. You should run nolva only if you’re going to run just one thing for pct.
