I've read plenty of it, it's a natural option ?

Who has done it? Easy enough to find t buy.

I'm interested in results.

Is oral bioavailability of l-carnitine really bad?

I don't think that there's an issue with oral bioavailability of L carnitine, but is used via subcutaneous injections or i think (without being 100% sure) intramuscular injections in order to "target" specific areas of "stubborn" fat. But i dont think that there are any studies on it, only anecdotal evidence from bbing forums and such...

The only use od injectable l carnitine that ive heard until now is IV injections on race horses and dogs to improve performance...

There are a few companies that promote these "injectables". I personally don't see the benefits of L-carn being so immense that I would need to inject that,.

I mean it’s cheap enough as-is. You can drink many doses (2g+) and it’s alteady more than your body can realistically use.

I could be wrong, but when this first became a thing I think someone might have done this here on AM way back in the day. Again I could be remembering wrong.
