I know its an old post but for anyone interested i used alphaform lgd and it was absolute bunk. Im talking bunk bed central, i gained about a pound in 30 days and i was in caloric surplus and training hard as ever so i should have gained at least that anyway. Took 12mg a day and nothing, i wouldn't buy A/Labs again
