Looking to build up a cutting stack to utilize the next 8 to 12 weeks. I do have ephedrine but looking to stack burners and such rather than doing just an eca stack. I currently lift 5x a week with 2 other works per week, usually cardio twice or cardio and a ruck. Will be upping the cardio too. Any advice and suggestions are extremely appreciated. Thanks for your time
