Thoughts on this vit d and I sup

So after looking at threads about vit k and d, and how they are important to each I went and found a sup that had both.
Now I’m skeptical because natures made vit d3 is liquid caps while this one is white powder in a capsule.

Powder should be ok. What is the dose like? I usually do 5000 iu per day

I've been looking at this supp. It's pricey but convenient.

I didn’t think it was pricey at all. I got one bottle for 11 dollars and another for 15. 26 $ for a 4 month supply.

Based on my vitamin labels, vitamin K2 must be taken empty stomach and vitamin D taken with food. I’ve always taken then together with food though.

That's odd. K is fat solulable, don't see why it would suggest without food.
