how does l carnitine help ara?

In laymans terms.... does it just enhance the effects of ara???

From what I understand LCLT helps to emulsify the ARA and helps to get it into the bloodstream and muscle tissues faster.
To be honest I never noticed any additional effects of adding LCLT to ARA.

Same as above. It has to do with increasing the way that it enters the blood stream.

Not to hijack the thread, but do all forms of l-carnitine (including standard l-carnitine) provide the same effect for stacking with ARA or different forms work better?

Pretty much, yes. Provided they yield a decent enough % of carnitine

To be honest I never noticed any additional effects of adding LCLT to ARA.
It acts as a substitute for baby aspirin and not as an emulsifier :)
