So im trying to get the six pack out by the end of summer before its time to bulk.
Last 6wks ive lost about 10lbs of fat w/diet and little cardio, strength is at all time
high. So i just have a little layer on abs and luvs. So i wanna get any and all of you
opinions on how to stack this lil combo. Rotate it, use all at once, ect what do you think.
