Ok everyone. I want to hear if you use an all in one support supp.
What it is. What brand and why.

If you do not. Why not?
Cost, lack of ingredients ? Etc. Dont hold back .

Also, what would you like to see in an
all-in-one support supp. (profile)
What do you think should be included?
supplement wise...

Areas of attention
Immune support
Cholesterol
Heart health/bp
Liver
Kidneys

I want this to be a serious convo.
Pricing, included. what are you willing to pay, what is to high?
Etc ..

Immune support: Capros ($15-30) Vitamin C ($5-10) Elderberry ($10-20) Echinacea (idk cheap)

Cholesterol: reduce XT ($20-30)
invictus ($40-50)

Heart Health BP: Hawthorn Berry ($10-20) Fish Oil ($15-25) Genius Heart and Cardiovascular ($40 or so)

Liver: CEL Tudca ($30) Liver Assist XT ($20-25)

Kidneys: Water, B vitamins

Good luck getting all those in one! You’ll have to pick and choose your battles. CEL cycle assist $25-30 hits a lot of those areas. Add in a greens supp $25-50 and a multivitamin $15-30 and that basically covers everything you’re looking for. Going to run you about $100 a month
