I know that this have brought up before but just want to know if something new is around that people used with succes.

I’m going on a all inclusive trip with my wife, it’s only a weekend trip so I’m not too worried about fat gain but would like to limit the bloat, what you guys recommend to take to look like Greek god and not like a swollen pig? ;p

I’m thinking about bringing some Agmatine and dose that 2x a day, thoughts?

Predator or Glycoshield
Thanks for the mention of Glycøshield! Definitely would suggest our product for your situation. You will limit / eliminate / probably lose some pounds just from taking the product and eating regularly, but it is designed for situations just like yours where increased calories (sugar and fats/alcohol) will be consumed. Glycøshield works to boost metaboslim and thyroid output with the inclusion of olive lead and HCA, and will help you utilize and absorb sugar and carbs like a sponge. No other GDA on the market takes into account fat content of a meal, but we did :) and if you have Agmatine you can definitely add that to Glycøshield, they’ll work very well together

Any Top GDA, Slin Max, Recompadrol, Slintensity, Glycoshield e.g. the best and successor / replacement to EBF recompadrol which i feel was the GOAT in terms of GDA's i not long ran out of my last few caps, also Defuse works well as a fat gain inhibitor as well as Liposhield, the best stack would be all 3 of these stacked together.
chedapalooza will you be able to set something up with nutriverse in relation to stocking your products, if not nutriverse strong supps, they are the only two sources that i find reliable when ordering from USA --> UK.

Evomuse Defuse
Evomuse Gut Health
HPSciences Glycoshield
Ephedrine + Caffiene
Arimistane

Possibly an herbal diuretic. Evomuse use to make Dry-Uretix. Might be able to still find some.

As others have said, Slinmax would be a solid option. Any GDA or nutrient partitioner will help, but Slinmax before meals and before bed helps me a lot with bloating and water retention

GDA for sure. I can eat 150+ grams of carbs and close to 2,000 cals in one sitting when taking SlinMax before said meal and I do not feel bloated at all. I actually get a pump.

My stack would be: Evomuse Defuse, SNS Glycophase, SNS Inhibit-e (start prior to trip about 1 week), and definitely agmatine (usually buy sns too).

Have you ever used it? I have a bottle laying around too but have never opened it.
Yeah I used one bottle already, it seemed to work pretty well. It was my first time trying anything like it so I don’t have much to compare to, but I was happy with it.

I would def consider SlinMax for obvious reasons others have stated.

Order from nutriverse and it’s currently 30% off plus I still think promo code AM5 will get you an additional 5% off. This makes us very affordable for what it is.

Definitely a pro/prebiotic which I feel Güt Health is the best I’ve tried.
Glycøshield is hands down the best GDA I have ever used. I ate like crap and lost weight. The stuff is nuts. Chances are if you have a lot of snacks/drinks on vaca you may occasionally forget to take your pills. However, I’ve found with glycøshield As long as I’m takig the capsules around a carb meal (before is definitely best) it does Its job, and does it well.

A gda as mentioned before and a greens/multi.

I would of course use predator by chaos and pain for the gda. Its formulated to mimic metformin.

Plenty of other options though

Glycoshield
Slinmax ect

I would suggest gaia by chaos and pain for the greens/multi
It has greens, fruits and a multivitamin mix that really packs a punch. Great flavor as well plus its powdered. Throw it in a shaker and go.

Other honorable mentions are

Orange triad +greens but the taste can put some off.

Glycoshield is definitely the choice to make

With the wide range of health benefits along with its ability to stabalize sugars super quickly it effectly can prevent some of that damage your doing to you body for that week

The shielded stack is optimal as the high dose hca with rk will complement Glycoshield or really any other product in the catagory

Have a great time on the trip either way and pos up some pictures of that food and travel

I would look into digestive enzymes too I eat them with horrifically calorocally dense food when i am a gluttonous slob

Another vote for the shield stack, though never personally used I have had the pleasure of using recompadrol and metabolic powder which is the same formula... The HPS version seems more potent so definitely can't go wrong!

Do 15 minutes of extra cardio for 5 days straight before trip. Save your money. All of these supplements are BS. Simple math

I will also add Gut Health, as others have. Recently, I have been taking digestive enzymes with every meal due to increasing my calories and that has helped greatly with bloating,

Another note, although I cannot vouch for this, preparation H apparently has a spot reduction diuretic effect.

I always do a lot of cardio but I managed to hurt my knee, it’s swollen at the moment, so anything using my legs are out unfortunately =( as soon as the swelling goes down I’ll add cardio again, I can deal with the pain but the swelling is uncomfortable.

Hopefully Slinmax helps, I started to take Arimistane already, I dries my out usually so I should be ok.

Dude, swimming might be the best option for you if you have access to a pool. Low stress and great cardio. One of my go-to forms of cardio when cutting.

Point is burn about 200-300 extra calories for 5 days leading up to trip and you will be fine. Or eat in a caloric deficit

Yep. If you can strategically overtrain ... extra sets/reps (more volume) and some extra cardio, then take a solid break for vacation, you may actually see some awesome recomping during the vaca

if you're misguided on a concept like that I'll point it out considering you just told someone to over train "smartly" which is detrimental to their health (true over training may take months to recover from).

Over reach, sure.

Also that quote couldn't be more incorrect, and is right up their with trumps opinions on global warming and exercise.

Of course you can’t simply eat more to overcome overtraining at a certain point; you’ll just end up overtrained and overweight.

Also, did I miss Trump saying that exercise and global warming are related? Do we need to exercise more or less to fix the environment?

Haha. I have always only used the Oxford comma in a “list” of three or more things, but it would clear up potential ambiguity here, even if it sounds/looks sort of strange between only two things.

You're kidding me, right?

I corrected a mistake you made on a concept, and now you're trying to make it personal. Cmon man, this had nothing to do with selling products.
