Next week I start PCT serm together with super pct + forskolina + ashwagandha + viron.

How much capsule of Viron? 1 or 2?
The package recommends 1?
When to take?

Personally I’d do:

Serm + super pct + 1 Viron + forskokin with your first or second meal

Ash + 1 Viron right before bed
