Lean Xtreme, cAMPHO, Rebound XT, Lipo Ultra
I am getting ready to cut and would like to add these to my supplement regime.
My question, is that I currently take Lexapro for mild anxiety. Would these supps
be ok to take (as far as not increasing axiety)? Also, which ones (combonations)
would be the most effective?

Some people who are extremely sensitive toget anxiety from Lipo Ultra, but the great majority, even of those quite sensitive to Y orally, have no problems.
You might start with low dosing for a few days and work up to assess tolerance.

After looking into it a bit if your supp has anything to do with "Not taking with SSRI's" then I would not take it due to possible side effects.

If you have anxiety problems of any sort, I would stay away from something like ephedrine. I have some anxiety problems which can be aggravated by caffeine, so ephedrine is a no-no for me.

Anything stimulant free. Unfortunately these dont work nearly as well but you have to use what you can. I'm in the same boat with anxiety, take effexor for it. I took one pill ofonce and had horrible anxiety all day. Just cant do stims.
Remember why you started.
