You are comparing two very different supplements. I guess for a “boost” you will see it immediately from high volume. It will promote pumps and better performance. Ergonine is your daily staple and will help with strength and recovery in the long run. I’m sure a PES expert can chime in and provide further details for you... but if you read their descriptions you will notice the difference in products.

If you already use creatine and hmb, high volume would probably be a better choice. These products are very different though, as Mowglisml stated, one is a daily staple product and the other is a non-stim pump product. As a booster for something you "feel"during training, HV would be my vote

Ergonine = Ergogenic for Performance/Endurance/Recovery
High Volume = Pump Product

Your comparing apples to oranges here.

Since you already use Creatine then you could use HV and add your own caffeine preference if you want something extra.
