What does your breakfast usually look like?
I usually get at least this in:
4-6 eggs (340 grams or more)
100-150g oats (with 300g milk or more)
Another protein source of choice... and then, depending on if I am cutting, bulking, or whatever, I might switch the oatmeal to sandwiches, which usually is 4-6 of them (100 kcal each, with 10-15g of butter ontop of each, and another topping like cheese, turkey, etc.) Just the butter is like 800 kcal / 100g! So just the sandwiches with butter is tons of kcal! Then eggs on that and you have a solid breakfast! Fast metabolism? Drink some milk on top!
