By the looks of it..Its just a multivitamin....Notthing in there to promote muscle gain.

My favourite GDA at the moment.
Their Berberine complex seems to be more effective and more gentle on the digestive system than the bulk berberine I've used.
You really start to feel it lowering blood glucose if you take it on empty...
Seems to allow me to cheat with no consequences
I take just 1 cap before my meal and it works, that's all I can say. But I never use it when I know I won't be eating. I'm using OL Assass1nate for that purpose, taking at different times of the day. This stack is BOMB
