Is a Theacrine Ephendirine stack a thing?

I was wondering, if the EC stack is effective for fat loss through appetite suppression and slight bump in caloric expenditure...

Wouldn't Theacrine and Ephedrine be better? Theacrine doesn't seem to have the tolerance build up that caffience does. I also read it doesn't have the harsh withdrawal coming off caffeine can have.

Thoughts?

EC is pretty tried and true combination, both in terms of efficacy and safety.
During chronic treatment the effect of E+C on energy expenditure is maintained, while side effects subside because tolerance develops to its hemodynamic and metabolic effects. During dietary energy restriction E+C promotes fat loss and preserves fat-free mass, which may contribute to its chronic effect on energy balance. In conclusion, the hemodynamic and side effects to E+C are transient during chronic treatment, while the effect on energy expenditure persists. The compound also possesses repartitioning properties, which may be useful in the treatment of obesity.

We conclude that the ephedrine/caffeine combination is effective in improving and maintaining weight loss, further it has lean body mass saving properties. The side effects are minor and transient and no withdrawal symptoms have been found.

We conclude that the ephedrine/caffeine combination is safe and effective in long-term treatment in improving and maintaining weight loss. The side-effects are minor and transient and no clinically relevant withdrawal symptoms have been observed.

In this 6-month placebo-controlled trial, herbal ephedra/caffeine (90/192 mg/day) promoted body weight and body fat reduction and improved blood lipids without significant adverse events

With that said, I don't really see a reason to pay the premium (that much Theacrine could get expensive) to replace the caffeine, assuming that you aren't overly-sensitive to the amount of caffeine you'd be getting from an EC stack. Adding theacrine to the EC stack sounds like it could be fun/interesting, but that'd make it even stronger, so exercise caution there. Replacing some caffeine with theacrine could also be another option if you are rather sensitive to caffeine, but I don't know if it'd be "better" from a purely fat-loss perspective.

It's cheap, effective (in numerous respects), and safe (when used responsibly), of course it was banned. I guess that's one of the things Canada has going for it (easy access to ephedrine). That and cooler colored currency and All-dressed chips.

I was in a Canadian airport on my return to US from Mexico. I wanted to stock up on Guaf. free ephedrine but then I might wind up in jail. So ridiculous.
