    Supplement plan for cycle: suggestions and dosing


    What's up bros, got my cycle ready to go for Sunday, would appreciate suggestions on supplements and dosing schedule.

    dbol @ 50mgs/ed for 5 weeks
    deca @ 500 mgs/wk for 12 weeks maybe longer
    test en @ 500 mgs/wk for 12 weeks maybe longer

    letro 1-1.25mg eod IBE

    PCT
    Nolva at 40mg/20mg/20mg/10mg for 4 wks IBE
    No HCG for now but I'm trying to find some


    Supps daily:
    B-vitamin complex 1 x in morn
    Sublingual b12 1mg each 3 x daily w/metformin
    Liv-52 (getbuf) 1 pill 3 x day
    Milk Thistle (1fast400) 600mg in morn
    NAC (1fast400) 1g in morn
    Taurine (1fast400) 840mg in morn
    ALA (NOW) 600mg each 3 x day
    MultiVit 1 in morn
    Acetyl-L-Carnitine (1fast400) 800mg in morn
    Schiff MoveFree 1 pill 4 x day
    Garlic 73.5mg 2 pillz 1 pill 2 x day
    Fish Oil 1mg each 3 x day
    Calcium 1.2mg 2 pillz spilt 2 x day
    TwinLab Cholesterol Success 4 pillz day spilt 2 pillz 2x day
    TwinLab BP Control 4 piilz day split 2 pillz 2x day
    Hawthorn Berry (2 grams day) 1g 2 x day

    Prescriptions:
    Androgel 5g absorbed 5mg 1 packet a day
    Metformin 2-3x day
    Adderrall XR 20mg
    Clarinex

    I'm not asking for any help with the Anabolic aspect of my cycle. Just the supplement addition to it. If anyone sees anything that should be changed, split differently or added please let me know. Much appreciated.

    I'm no expert on this, but I think the supplements are more than o.k., by the way.

    I like taking vitamin C & E, and a multi-mineral but the rest looks good for health purposes

    If this was in the anabolic section i would reccomend stopping the deca a week or 2 before the test due to the longer ester. But other then that, the supps look fine.

    thanks everyone for their suggestions, knoX good point i probably would have forgot to do that if you didn't remind me to do so. Much appreciated. i will post this in the anabolic section.
    Also added Cranberry extract, Red yeast rice, and Saw palmetto today
