    Hes looking for a stim break? That supp contains Caffeine and DMAA lol thats the total opposite of what hes looking for.....

    These helps especially the Kratom. But.... Your still gonna get withdrawals from the stim break. Its not nice but thankfully your body adjusts very quickly to the switch over and also... When you do go on a pro-longed period without stims your energy levels increase (Thats what i noticed) workouts were better and my overall mood was far better. Your letting your adrenal glands get a rest also and if later on you do take a pre workout you will feel it hit you very hard. Then its up to you to take it only on workouts days or just a couple times a week so you dont get hooked on it again

    Green Raiu ' Green Malay and Green Maeng Da

    Very much the same.. A would say the Malay has a slightly longer half life than the other 2 though.

    They have been such a good addition to my usual morning routine.. Helps alot with stress and anxiety i suffer from.. I take 5 grams in the morning and about 3 grams late afternoon.

    What ones you on?

    Maybe my english is a bit hard to understand but I wanted to say (according to google translate) :

    1) 5 gr mini of essential aminos acids first time in the morning 1h before eating helped me the much to get off stims and it "repaired my system" = no withdrawal
    (there are no essential for nothing)
    2) it reduced also my tolerance to stims
    3) after the break I could take small stims dosages or no stim at all and feel good w/out need to stim everyday

    So far, I have only tried Green Maeng Da and I just take about 2.5g at a time. I am fairly new to Kratom supplementation (like within the past 2 months). I am not super excited about the probable impact it has on test levels though..

    It can be somewhat stimulating ....depending upon the strain and amount used as it can also be sedating. Overall it is more of a mood booster, anxiolytic and opioid agonist.
