When to dose PA?

    Can I take it in the morning and train in the afternon?


  2. When I used PA I dosed first thing in the morning. I found it made sure I took it and most days I lift in the am.

  4. Ok The effect is acute and nothing that builds up and is longterm.

    If using SL granules to enjoy the muscle building should 1 tbsp every day in the morning suffice?

    I look for Optima as I am Europe (PA 1.3 per tbsp)
