Most studies have used 200mg oral daily with great results. That said, we put 200mg in a daily dose of our Veinquish which also has a healthy dose of Ashwagandha and other goodies that make it a great recomp supplement with the feels. Additionally Check out Ventristane. A great combo.

You could up the dose from 4 to 6 caps daily after you get used to the Coleus Forskoli. (50mg)

Results

Of the 30 subjects who entered the study, 23 completed the 8-week protocol. Seven subjects dropped out for personal reasons unrelated to the study. I expected the compound to measurably enhance my rate of fatloss. It didnt. I didnt notice any changes going on, throughout, or coming off. I may as well have swallowed sand.

Now, I dont meticulously count macros and calculate tdee daily as others here might, so my lifestyle variables likely make experimenting with something like this "murky". But, I can still lose bodyfat. So pragmatically speaking, if a product like this makes no perceivable dent in things, I consider it a waste. And I wouldve been happy with any measurable difference.

Might be hit or miss and some people might be non responders. Could also be the quality of the product because I see a lot of people getting great results and others not so much. So I wouldn't discount 7 keto completely. I'm wondering what might be causing this tho.

Iv done multiple cycles of 200mg a day for 8 wks and my sex drive and recovery goes up...i love it...iv just started 400mgs so ill see how that dose treats me....im 38 but when i reach my mid to late 40 i think ill stay on it indefinitely.

I once ran 7-Keto with green tea, forskolin and DMAA...all in high doses. About 200 mg of forskolin a day and about 400 mg 7-keto. I dropped 20 pounds in a month or two ...without even changing a thing. It may have been one of the most egfective combos I have run beyond some stuff that gets more dangerous. I have run it at lower doses since and not had the same results. I wish I could get some bulk 7-keto powder again .

Both of those were funded by supplement companies that sell a 7-Keto product: Humanetics out of Minnesota, and Inter-Health/Lonza. Doesn't automatically discredit them, but it's a factor.

7-keto is great in a transdermal. Why not look at a product like SNS Reduce-XT? Much greater bioavailability and the results peak for themselves.

11KT is better.
Half dose (1 pump) of Sup3r-11 was better than VII-KT @ recommended dose (1ml).
11KT also seemed to raise my general well being in addition to helping with fat loss.
