Phospatidic Acid during Intermittent fasting

Hey guys,

Does any of you know how to introduce Phospatidic Acid into Intermittent fasting/leangains training?
I mean, Fearn granules have 110 cals por serving (two tablespoons) and if those are consumed pre-workout, as it's recommended (one part pre, one part post workout) pretty much the fasting is over.
Does anyone know how to do it properly?

Thank you very much for your answers,

John

This is part of the reason that I have been looking for bulk PA powder, be it mediator or not. The caloric content of fearns adds up over time, and on a cut, everything matters, imo.

Back your final meal up enough to compensate for eating them for your (I assume) early AM workout? Change your workout time? Not worry about the probably minuscule (if any) difference in fasting for 16 hours vs 14 hours vs 12 hours? Don't use PA as there isn't a scientific consensus that it does anything with only the 4(?) studies so far that are 50/50 (all the problems with all of them are listed elsewhere - no need to rehash which ones were done "right" or "poorly") Pay $$ for the concentrate?
