Natural supps for sexual issues

Looking for a little input about some supps regarding PE, I am headed to the doctor within the next few days for prozac which helped me a little bit. I get awful performance anxiety and ruins my sex life. I know some online pharmacies sell certain things but possibly cant be trusted or dont have legit ingredients. Unless someone knows of a place to check out decently priced stuff that works. Even stuff like Cialis is very very expensive..I got some 2.5mg daily type stuff from an online pharmacy and maybe its not enough but didnt seem to do a ton and then again 2.5 is low...I went as far as doing 10mg and didnt notice a huge difference either. Any help info be appreciated.

Probably is, I mean in the beginning I have no problem getting off the ground I just dont last long and in my head I know it and then it gets in my head and I lose focus and "fight or flight" i flee lol. Most people are excited about sex I avoid it and causes me anxiety and stress. I know for a fact when i took prozac it helped my confidence a little and helped me last longer. But yes maintaining is an issue and the length in which I am able to perform. Extremely frusterating and I just started dating a new girl and we about at that point and im freaking out a bit lol

Prozac is a little hardcore to start out with, they might start him out on some citalopram and then work up. I've had anxiety in the past but never any problems in the bedroom.

He mentioned prozac. I personally wouldn't start there either. That could lead to other issues. OP have you had test levels, estrogen, etc checked? Do you compare yourself to porn stars? Chicks don't need to be smashed for hours at a time. Go down, take care of her, then plow away. You are in your head too much.

I have taken prozac in the past and I know citalpram im pretty sure is Lexapro?, the prozac helped delay orgasm a bit. Hours arent what im looking for to last bro...I would be happy with 5-10 mins of straight intercourse and I cant get it done lol. I am VERY in my head about it and it seems to just get worse. Yes I have everything physical checked its a mental issue im pretty positive...

I am going to mention it to him when I see him and basically tell him this is what helped me last time and ask for it along with maybe a 8-12 pack of that like 36 hour cialis. The prozac 20mg or 40 i think it was kept me out of my head and the lack of interest or whatever it does noticeabley makes it more difficult to have an orgasm. I know some guys who take prozac who are unable to have an orgasm at all but I heard they do give prozac for PE issues

OP your issue is not physical, it's definitely in your head. If Cialis doesn't work that is a clear indicator because that stuff can make you hard when your not even horny. It could be an issue of low test since you mentioned flight or fight... But none the less even with low test I think it's possible your just not turned on by whoever your having sex with, that coupled with anxiety and you'll be all messed up. This issue happened to me once before. Long story short it was the girl. I like thick girls, curvy bodies, this girl was opposite, super pretty, just thin. I just couldn't get into it and stay focused. Changed the girl and I was a grand champ once again!

Hey the cialis works I just took a very low dose of 2.5 or maybe 5 and for some benefits not many. The girl is sexy as hell I like her a lot. I just have a lack of interest in everything and can't stay focused or be in the moment. PE is the real underlying issue and it's always in my head. I could be a rock for a few mins maybe 5-10 tops once penetration happens it's over pretty quick and that's where Prozac and maybe krotam would help. EVen the cialis higher dose or Viagra can help me go again for round 2 quicker or almost right away. I don't think ED is issue. The sensitivity and embarrassment from finishing too quick is issue.

Complicated dont have a label for it I guess. Id say like 2 months i been hanging out. I understand being comfortable and I agree with you there...It is really all mental and thats why I think I need something natural or like I said prozac or something to help last longer just to get over the first few humps lol...Yes it is a very mental issue
