Best Probiotics and Enzymes?

I'm looking for really good probiotics to help prevent illnesses and increase uptake of nutrients. I'm also looking for some good enzymes that will help process the carbs, fats, and proteins.

I looked around and found.....

Personally I stick with Kimchi and Kombucha. I don't necessarily trust that a lot of these probiotics stay viable through manufacturing, bottling, shipping...

Gut health ultimate has been great for me. I battled an illness for 2.5 months last dec-feb. Gut health got me back on track faster than any of the antibiotics I tried.

Currently there is a nasty summer cold going around. Multiple people at my work home sick, my wife and family members have it too. I'm over here like... ?
