Hi all,

I have started taking a fat burner that includes the following ingredients per capsule which dosage is 3 a day:

Octopamine HCL-100mg*3
Synephrine HCL-100mg*3
Caffeine-150mg*3
Hordenine-100mg*3
Theobromine-100mg*3
Yohimbine-2mg*3
Diiodotyrosine-100mcg*3

My question to you is diiodotyrosine since it being a precursor to thyroid hormone how do I cycle it off and is 300mcg too much?

Thanks for making me look up the difference :D No clue on your question - it seems weaker than 3,5-Diiodothyronine at first blush.
Yeah I agree it seems as though it's more of a building block because you need 2 diiodotyrosine blocks to build T4 therefore there is a step that is needed to produce T4 which is regulated by the body and that's an enzyme called thyroid peroxidase that means that without an exogenous amount of this enzyme it will not create an extreme amount of T4
