Currently doing this dosing scheme:
Eat @ 3pm
Lift @ 4:30pm
Eat @ 8pm
Both pre and post workout meals are my two largest, carb-heavy meals. I currently take 1 cap Forskolin 95 + 2 caps ABE with my pre workout meal, and 2 caps ABE with my post workout meal as directed.
However, my question involves taking the caps 20-30 mins before my meal vs during/after. Does this matter? My goal is to help mitigate fat gain and gain strength. I read somewhere that the only reason why people take it before was because Forskolin reacts better to an empty stomach, but with some kind of ingredient in ABE, it doesn't make the Forskolin useless if taken on a full stomach. What is the difference between taking ABE on an empty stomach before my big meal or during/after it?
