Hey guys. I've got a question. So I had acid reflux really bad when I was younger and it left scar tissue on my esophagus. As a result I can't swallow pills very well. This makes it hard for me to take a lot of supplements. One I've been neglecting is my multivitamin. Does anyone know of a liquid multi? Something I can drink and get the same benefits of the pill? Thanks in advance!
