Welll not sure if anyone here remembers me. Or if the same crowd is still around. I had a work injury and had to stop working out. Healed up and lost all drive... well I'm back after four years..

Ok my question is what to add or take away...Right now this is my stack.

Pes prolific preworkout
Erase pro plus
Inhibit-p ( always like the way I feel on it)
Usp ultimate-T
Modern creatine (usp)

Being out for four years must have been frustrating, but welcome back. It sounds like you have a pretty solid stack lined up. What are your current goals? And have you used Ultimate-T in the past?

welcome back..!

I love Inhibit P as well. I usually use it 8 weeks on, and then 4 weeks off.

you may want to try would by M-Test after your done with Ultimate T.
Its a very comprehensive test booster and great value for the money.

and also once you've been back a little while, give SNS Xgels & CEL EpiPlex a go.

Yea had a work injury and had to take 8 months off, after that I lost all drive. Went from a gym but to a beer snob. I'm currently 205 guessing around 15 percent body fat.. overall goal down the road would be 225-230 8-10 percent body fat.

I was 225 6 percent when I quit hitting the gym ( not all natural supps back then)

As for ultimate T I have not tried it but picked it up and the creatine on the insider deal they had just cuz I knew I'd be back one day.

I was looking at m-test thinking about giving it a run. I really need to get blood work done who knows where my test levels are with all the aas/ph's i have ran and at crazy doses I have ran.

Really liking this prolific btw, I'm a stim junkie so I don't feel it so much in the stim dept.. its the focus I feel almost like a milder OG craze type of feel

Also I use to love mesomorph when it first came out. Is it still the same ?

I would get your bloodwork just to see where you're at. M-test would be a good product to follow up Ultimate-t with, and you could also check out Alphamax XT. It's a very complete product that can help boost natural test and limit cortisol and estrogen levels. The writeup on it is definitely worth a read through

As mentioned above CEL M test and ARA would be a great stack to suit your needs. If you're just getting back in the gym and trying to put some mass on I personally think BCAA's are a waste other than to flavor your water but thats me. Bet your glad to be back, good luck man happy lifting

Starting slow..2 body parts a day about 3 (4 on some) exercises a body part. Lighter weight more reps. Prob on weights for 30-45 mins.
